These Type of Vendor Spaces are filled:
-Wood Cutting Boards,
-Jewelery Tye Die, Fairy Hair

-Soy Candles, Soaps/Scrubs etc.
-The Only MAIN Food Vendor Space Available at this time are located at the outer stages: (Fortunato Park) and (2nd Main Stage/Rock Climbing Wall/Pony Ride located at the South Lot next to Casements)
ALL MAIN FOOD VENDOR SPACES IN ROCKEFELLER GARDENS HAVE BEEN FILLED)

ALL GENERAL VENDOR SPACE is $60.00 for a 10x10 AREA, Original Artists Display Space is $40.00, Food Vendor is $85 one food item and drink, Multiple Food items and drinks are $185 (Non Profit Organization Space is Free.)

-Electric Is Provided in most locations. Some locations may require you to provide your own  generator for cooking ,refrigeration or for substantial power usage..
Do you have capabilities to provide and run power from your generator if needed? Yes/No  


-Vendors will need to provide there own table, chairs, lighting. extension cords, (100 feet recommended) and tent(optional)
-Each Space is 10x10 and Food Vendors are up to 10x20 If you need additional space please indicate here:

-Set up time is between 6am-9am on Saturday You also can set up the day before (Friday 9-29 anytime between 2pm-10pm). If you cant set up during this time we possibly can make provisions for you to set up later. The event also goes till 10pm. If you like to request to set up after 9am or breakdown before 10pm please indicate the time you request: (note that setting up late or breaking down early will depict where your space will be located in order to accommodate your request.

Vendor space is located mostly in the Rockefeller Gardens and Rockefeller Dr in front of the casements. Other areas are along the sidewalk under the Granada Bridge and Fortunato Park
We will email you set up instructions and location at least 10 days before the event date.
